Paceify is a personal tracker run by Arash Shalchian. It is built for one person and a small number of invited viewers, not for the public. This page says plainly what it stores and what happens to it.

What is stored

• Account: the user id and email address that Google returns when you sign in. No password is stored.
• Tracker data entered by the owner: gym sessions and sets, meals and macros, water and vitamin logs, habits, todos, journal entries and photos, calendar blocks, video ideas, and the XP and companion state derived from them.
• Access grants: which sections, if any, a signed-in viewer is allowed to read.
• Server logs kept by the hosting providers below for a short time, as is standard.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Postgres database and a private storage bucket on Supabase. The site runs on Vercel. Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth using Google as the identity provider. None of these providers are given the data for their own use; they host it.

Who can see it

The owner sees everything. A viewer sees only the sections the owner has granted, read only. Journal entries marked public are published on the blog, with any photos attached to them. Everything else is private. Photos are served through an authenticated route that checks the entry's visibility on every request.

AI features

Some features send text to Anthropic's Claude for processing: the assistant chat, the day planner, and, when it ships, meal photo analysis. Those features run from the owner's own computer through the Claude command line tool and are switched off on the public site. Anthropic's handling of that content is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

The only cookies are the session cookies Supabase Auth needs to keep you signed in. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third party tracking script on this site.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept until it is deleted. The owner can delete any entry from inside the app. If you signed in as a viewer and want your account and its access record removed, or you appear in a photo or entry and want it taken down, contact Arash Shalchian on GitHub or LinkedIn. Requests are handled by hand, usually within a few days.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. See also the terms.
